Privacy Policy — ETA Finance App

ETA Finance is an internal application built and used solely by ETA Marketing Solutions (“ETA,” “we,” “us”) for our own team’s financial and bookkeeping operations. This app is not available to the public and is not distributed for use by external customers, clients, or the general public.

Who this app is for

This app is used exclusively by authorized ETA Marketing Solutions employees for internal finance, invoicing, and bookkeeping purposes. Access is restricted to individually approved accounts; it is not offered as a product or service to any third party.

What information we collect

The app stores information entered by our team in the course of normal business operations, including:

• Employee account information (name, email address, role)
• Client business information (company name, GSTIN/tax details, billing address, contact details)
• Financial records (invoices, payment records, expense entries, tax calculations)
• Files uploaded by our team (invoice PDFs, expense receipts)

We do not collect information from members of the public, and the app is not designed to be installed or used by anyone outside our organization.

How we use this information

Information is used solely to operate ETA Marketing Solutions’ internal finance and bookkeeping processes — generating invoices, tracking payments, calculating applicable taxes, and producing internal financial reports.

How we store and protect information

Data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to the underlying database is restricted through role-based access controls, so team members can only view data relevant to their role. Regular automated backups are maintained.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share the information in this app with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Limited data (such as an email address, when sending an invoice) is shared only with the intended recipient (our clients) as part of normal invoicing, and with service providers strictly necessary to operate the app (such as our email delivery and cloud hosting providers), who are bound to use it only to provide that service.

Data retention and deletion

Financial records are retained for as long as required for our business and statutory recordkeeping obligations. Employee account data is retained while the individual is with ETA Marketing Solutions and can be removed on request or upon departure.

Children’s privacy

This app is not directed at, and is not used by, children. It is strictly an internal business tool for adult employees.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, this page will be updated accordingly.
